it is an issue : “the distance within which it is permissible to shorten the prayer for the traveler” this research paper comes to study it in the field of comparative Islamic jurisprudence, by narrating the sayings of scholars in it, and clarifying the transferable and mental evidence on which each of them relied, and through the statement of the multiple manifestations of the defenses contained in the inferences in this issue.

this attempt is subsumed into a new endeavor, a happy proposition; In the serious call for fairness of the followed schools of jurisprudence, and to reduce the intolerance of people’s interpretations, it also aims to train and rehearse the formation of a sober jurisprudential faculty, and the manufacture of the bold jurisprudential mind, which can only be achieved by foresight and knowledge of the words of the enemy.
