Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the attitudes of university teachers towards the use of e-learning in the educational process, and also aimed to determine whether there are differences in these attitudes according to variables of gender, experience professional and scientific rank, and to achieve these objectives, the study was based on the stages of the descriptive approach, and the scale of attitude towards e-learning in the educational, where data was collected electronically on a cross-sample available on the internet, which consisted of (75) teachers (39 women, 36 men),for the data processing, a set of statistical methods were used, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviations, the "Mann-Whitney U test", and the "Kruskal Walis test", using the statistical (SPSS), the results of the study showed that the attitudes of university teachers towards the use of e-learning in the educational process are markedly positive, and the results showed that 'there were no differences in the attitudes of teachers due to the variable sex, professional experience and scientific rank.
