This study aims to show the methods of acquiring the first language and learning the second in the child and the prominent differences between them, and a brief review of the most important theories explaining language acquisition in light of the multilingualism that he decided to teach in educational institutions, and then highlight the dialectical relationship between language acquisition and learning through the point of view of researchers in the field of specialization.
