هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الدول العربية، أين اعتبر كل من ممارسات التوظيف، التعاون بين العامل و صاحب العمل، حفظ حقوق الملكية و كفاءة الإطار القانوني لتسوية النزاعات أبعاد أساسية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
شملت بيانات البحث عشر دول لعشر سنوات (2010-2019) ؛ أي بمعدل 100 مشاهدة.
أثبتت أهم نتائج البحث أن ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية تعتبر أقل من المتوسط في الدول العربية، و أن دول الخليج العربي تعتبر الأفضل في هذا المجال.
أثبتت الدراسة أيضا أن كل الأبعاد المعتمدة هي محددات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to evaluate the level of corporate social responsibility in the Arab countries, where the hiring and firing practices, the cooperation in labor-employer relations, the property rights, and the efficiency of legal framework in settling disputes are the main indicators of corporate social responsibility in our research.
our dataset includes data of 10 countries over a period of 10 years, 2010-2019, providing 100 observations.
the main results show that CSR practices are below average and that the Arab gulf countries are the best in this field.
the research also shows that all approved dimensions are determinants of CSR.
