تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعريف مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك، و استخداماته، و إظهار العلاقة بينه و بين أدوات السياسة النقدية، من خلال التعرض إلى الحالة الجزائرية خلال الفترة (1995-2020)، حيث تم استخدام منهجية خاصة من ال ARDL و هي bootstrapping ARDL.
وجدنا أنه توجد علاقة طردية طويلة الأجل، بين مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك و الكتلة النقدية، و هي الأداة المستخدمة من بين الأدوات الأخرى، مقارنة ب سعر الفائدة الغير مستخدمة في عملية كبح التضخم في الجزائر
Abstract EN
This study aims to define the consumer price index and its uses and to show the relationship between it and monetary policy tools through exposure to the Algerian situation during the period (1995-2020), where a special methodology was used from the ARDL, which is bootstrapping ARDL.
We found that there is a direct long-term relationship between the consumer price index and the monetary mass, which are the activated tools among other tools, compared to the inactive interest rate in the process of curbing inflation in Algeria.
