The support structure of the Wilaya of Khenchela is one of the most active structures in eastern Algeria, operational since 2014, it includes an incubator and a support and advice centre, it accompanies the project owner from the idea of creating his business until the completion of his project.
in addition to its accommodation, it offers coaching, advice and follow-up services.
the aim of this article is to evaluate the contribution of this support structure to the creation and development of small and medium-sized business.
it emerges from this study that between 2014 and 2022 the structure was able to create (23 companies including 142 jobs), but this remains insufficient compared to the number of projects hosted, because half of the projects hosted are not created.
this is due to problems of land and the development of land for industrial projects, and problems of a financial nature, more precisely the financing necessary for the launch of certain projects.

La structure d'appui de la Wilaya de Khenchela est l'une des structures les plus active de l'est Algérien, opérationnelle depuis 2014, elle compte pépinière et centre d'appui et de conseil, elle accompagne le porteur de projet depuis l'idée de création de son entreprise jusqu'à la concrétisation de son projet.
en plus de son hébergement elle lui offre des services en matière de coaching de conseil et de suivi.
le but de cet article est d'évaluer la contribution de cette structure d'appui dans la création et le développement des PME / PMI, des entretiens semi-directifs ont été menés auprès des cadres de la structure d'appui.
il ressort de cette étude qu'entre 2014 et 2022 la structure a pu créer (23 entreprises dont 142 postes de travail), mais cela reste insuffisant en comparaison du nombre de projets hébergés, car les moitiés des projets hébergés ne sont pas créer cela est du aux problèmes de foncier et l'aménagement des terrains pour les projets industriels, et des problèmes d'ordre financier plus.
