Economic development policies are geared toward seeking local capacities in the regions, and to working to stimulate them to increase the speed of growth so that this new approach is based on the value of regional competencies and resources, as well as on the weight of its economic actors, in this context, the regional technological poles play the local development locomotives and push the economic development through activating the university's relation as an economic partner in its local surroundings.
