The study aims to build a theoretical and analytical basis for the most important financing mechanisms for emerging institutions that were able to create their own market, by reviewing the angel investment market, the venture capital market, and bank financing as successful mechanisms in selected countries.

the study concluded that angel investment is superior to other financing mechanisms in France, and the us dominance over the venture capital market has remained, while bank financing in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has proven its worth in supporting emerging projects.
