تهدف الدراسة ضمن إطار "وصفي تحليلي" إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف الأنشطة والمبادرات المصممة من طرف شبكة المستثمرين الملاك الأوروبية (EBAN) لتسهيل وصول رواد الأعمال إلى رأس المال الملائكي.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأنشطة الثلاثة (التدريب-التشبيك-الترويج) المقدمة لرواد الأعمال، والمبادرات التعليمة الثلاثة المخصصة للمستثمرين الملاك (المسرع-تلفزيون الإنترنت-العرض الخاص)، قد كان لها بالغ الأثر في تقريب رواد الأعمال من المستثمرين الملاك، ومن ثم تسهيل تمويل مشاريع ريادة الأعمال برأس المال الملائكي، بدليل أن عدد شبكات المستثمرين الملاك المحلية المنخرطة في شبكة EBAN قد بلغ 408 شبكة خلال سنة 2020، وهو ما مكن من استثمار ما قيمته 7670 مليون أورو في مشاريع ريادة الأعمال المسجلة في شبكة EBAN خلال سنة2020 .
Abstract EN
The study aims, in a "descriptive-analytical" framework, to shed light on the different activities and initiatives designed by the European business angels network (EBAN) to facilitate entrepreneurs' access to angel capital.
the study concluded that the three activities (training-networking-pitching) offered to entrepreneurs, and the three educational initiatives dedicated to angel investors (Eban accelerator-Eban TV-EBAN special), had a great impact on the rapprochement between entrepreneurs and angel investors, and thus facilitating the financing of entrepreneurship projects with angel capital, with evidence that the number of local networks of angel investors involved in the EBAN network reached 408 networks in the year 2020, which has enabled an investment of 7670 million euros in entrepreneurship projects registered in the EBAN network during the year 2020.
