Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the investment climate in Algeria and the level of attractiveness of the business environment to foreign investments, which is an indicator of states' capacity to economic openness with increased competition and search for financial flows, through highlighting a selection of indicators issued by international bodies.

the study found that Algeria's performance in attracting foreign investment remained weak in attracting investment flows despite efforts to generate an enabling investment environment resulting from a variety of impediments.

it also recommended increasing incentives and benefits for foreign investors and creating an attractive investment environment, with a view to rehabilitating the Algerian economy with the requirements of globalization.
