Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the reality of the environment and the attractiveness of investment in the Arab countries to address the possibilities available according to the infrastructure and business environment index to attract FDI during the period (2011-2020).

the study concluded that the reality of attracting foreign investment in the Arab states remains humble given the limited indicators of infrastructure and business environment that would enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of investment.

this requires intensified efforts by Arab governments to raise the levels of basic determinants and financial and technical incentives to attract foreign direct investment.
