Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the importance of information and communication technology and its role in the continuity of the operation of Algerian public facilities in light of the pandemic of the corona virus, and accordingly the descriptive analytical approach was used based on the collection of some more accurate information and statistics, and the study concluded that the Algerian state focused its efforts in addressing the exceptional health situation on the one hand, and the continuity of providing public services on the other hand; and by adopting modern technological methods represented in information and communication technology, which helped the continuity of public utilities in providing their services through remote work systems
