In a context of modernization of public health establishments, the ministry of health has endeavored to regularly offer management and decision-making tools, beyond the question of setting up a GPEC approach.
an evaluation was conducted at the university hospital Mustapha Bacha to examine the possible correlation between the GPEC and the management of human resource "HRM" in health.
this contribution proposes to identify the actions to be undertaken by the Algerian public health establishments to change the current practices of HRM.

Dans un contexte de modernisation des établissements publics de santé, le ministère de la santé s’est attaché à proposer régulièrement des outils de gestion et d’aide à la décision, au-delà de la question de mise en place d’une démarche GPEC.
une évaluation a été mené au centre hospitalo-universitaire Mustapha Bacha afin d’examiner la possible corrélation entre la GPEC et la gestion des ressources humaines «GRH» dans le secteur de la santé publique.
cette contribution se propose de repérer les actions à entreprendre par les établissements publics de santé Algérien pour changer les pratiques actuelles de la GRH.
