Abstract EN

The author of this research paper seeks to study the importance of papyrus in the vessel of historical writing as one of the reliable manuscript material sources whose data has high credibility.

Because its contents are often devoid of forgery and its texts are not directly distorted in most cases, in addition to their richness in knowledge, narratives and historical data.

As for the second section of this study, it represents an applied study of the content of the inheritance papyrus dated in the year195 AH / May 811 AD, in which we tried to determine the nature of the social organization in the Islamic state of Egypt at the end of the second century of migration (9 AH).

In part of its parts related to family issues and issues of inheritance, which even if the Sharia had framed these issues and organized their issues and determined the amounts, entitlements and shares of each member of the inheriting family, but that did not prevent the occurrence of family problems and conflicts due to the cause of inheritance in light of the lack of respect for the restrictions of Sharia and the lack of Compliance with its laws, controls and regulations.
