تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز العوامل الاجتماعية، السياسية، الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية (وسائل الاتصال الحديثة) التي تدخلت في تغيير ثقافة المجتمع الجزائري لأن من خصائص الثقافة التغير و هذه طبيعة الإنسان في كل الأزمنة و الأمكنة حسب قانون الحاجات.
رغم هذه التغيرات الثقافية يبقى المجتمع الجزائري محافظا على ما هو ثابت و يصبو للتغيير تماشيا مع ضروريات العصر.
Abstract EN
The study aims to highlight the social, political, economic and technological factors (modern means of communication) that intervened in changing the culture of Algerian society because one of the characteristics of culture is change and this is the nature of man in all times and places according to the law of needs.
Despite these cultural changes, Algerian society remains consistent with what is fixed and aspires to change in line with the necessities of the times.
