تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة واقع الاستثمار في الجزائر و دور الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار AAPI في ترقيته و تطويره، من خلال دراسة حالة الشبك الوحيد اللامركزي بولاية برج بوعريريج، أين تم التطرق أول ذي بدأ إلى العراقيل التي تواجه الاستثمار في الجزائر مرورا بالتحفيزات الجبائية و التسهيلات الإدارية بموجب القانون 22/18، بعد ذلك قمنا بدراسة الاستثمار في ظل الشباك الوحيد ببرج بوعريريج، و في الأخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج تبلورت في أن للوكالة دور بارز في ترقية الاستثمار، الا انه لم يرقى للتخطي كافة عوائق الاستثمار في برج بوعريريج خاصة و في الجزائر عامة
Abstract EN
This paper aims to study the reality of investment in Algeria and the role of the Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Investment (AAPI) in the promotion and development of investment, through studying the case of the decentralized unique window in Bordj Bou Arreridj, where we first addressed the obstacles facing investment in Algeria, passing by fiscal incentives and administrative facilities under law 18/22.
After that, we studied the investment under the unique window in Bordj Bou Arreridj.
In the end, we reached a set of results that can be summarized in the fact that the agency had a prominent role in promoting investment, however, it did not rise to overcome all the obstacles facing investment in Bordj Bou Arreridj in particular, and in Algeria in general.
