Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of modern leadership styles from transactional, transformational and charismatic leadership over the level of empowerment of the Directorate Public Works employees of the Wilaya of Boumerdes from their point of views.

Where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data from a random sample that included various ranks and responsibilities .The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between the transformational and charismatic leadership with the level of empowerment of the study sample, whereas it is medium for the transactional leadership style, as well as a positive impact of the three leadership styles on their levels of empowerment.
