Our study aims to highlight the importance of paying attention to the human resources of active insurance agencies across the state of Ain Defla, which is a vivid example of the situation and condition of all insurance agencies across the entire state of the national territory, since all decisions and administrative transactions in force are taken based on the directives and instructions of the central directorates affiliated with Our study included an aspect related to the literary and theoretical backgrounds of the insurance industry and the importance of human resources, and another applied aspect to analyze the impact relationship between the two variables based on descriptive statistics methods.
