Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the sanctions included in the Algerian electronic commerce law as a penalty for violating the provisions stipulated therein, in terms of their enumeration and demonstration of their effectiveness.

this study concluded that those sanctions-judicial or administrative-are in line with the nature of the violations that may be committed by the electronic supplier, but it need some legal amendments, as well as the actual application of them in order to achieve their effectiveness.
