The aim of this article is both to address the perception of Algerian employees towards the effects of telework, a new and unprecedented form of work in Algerian establishments and companies, to then identify the challenges of its implementation.

Based mainly on a quantitative approach, with a sample of 142 employees from various sectors, the results of this research reveal that telework can bring more autonomy and freedom of action, less expense and better reconciliation, provided there are adequate legal support, reliable technical equipment, as well as an encouraging managerial culture

Cet article a pour but à la fois d'aborder la perception des salariés algériens envers les effets du télétravail, une nouvelle forme de travail inédite dans les établissements et les entreprises algériennes, pour ensuite identifier les défis de sa mise en œuvre.

Essentiellement basés sur une démarche quantitative, auprès d'un échantillon de 142 salariés de divers secteurs, les résultats de cette recherche révèlent que le télétravail peut apporter plus d'autonomie et de liberté d'actions, moins de dépenses et une meilleure conciliation, sous condition d'un accompagnement juridique adéquat, des équipements techniques fiables, ainsi qu'une culture managériale encourageante.
