Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the role of green business incubators in achieving the environmental dimension of sustainable development by supporting green entrepreneurial projects (environmentally friendly) and promoting the adoption of green behavior by project holders and startup owners, by referring to successful international models such as the "NYC ACRE" incubator, and the international green business incubator "Greenpreneurs", as well as highlighting the adoption of the first green business incubator in Algeria, in June 2021.

The study concluded that green business incubators play an important and effective role in establishing and accompanying green businesses project that take into account the environmental dimension in their activity, which stimulates the trend towards the green economy, in line with the quest to reduce the effects of climate change, and to create new and sustainable job opportunities, which works to alleviate the problems of poverty and unemployment.

And that green entrepreneurship in Algeria carries unlimited opportunities for establishing institutions as it is based on the idea of production while reducing the risks of pollution and carbon emissions at
