Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of technological vigilance on outstanding performance, by studying the extent of technology vigilance activity at Brandt Electronic Industries in Setif.

On this basis, we proposed the hypotheses and model of the study, where the questionnaire was used as an essential tool for data collection by distributing it to 46 individual managers.

The results of the field study revealed that the technological dimensions of vigilance had a positive impact on the outstanding performance of the institution in question.

In other words, whenever a technological vigilance system does its various practices of monitoring the market, competitors, investigating scientific information and making it into its strategy, it succeeds to achieve outstanding performance, the study model is proven by the limits of our study.
