This study aims to try to identify the relationship between human development and national security, considering that human development is one of the mechanisms and means that make the individual a productive citizen and able to achieve as much well-being and self-sufficiency as possible, and from there he can contribute to the process of nation-building and strengthen national security at all levels, and from this the results of this study focused on the centrality of man in making development and quality of life it is the pillar of the national security of the state and society, as well as achieving self-sufficiency and economic progress that ensures stability for all groups and elements of society, and reducing migration of all kinds.
