Abstract EN

Informal groups often take advanced organizational forms that are similar in strength to the strength of the organization in the institution itself, and even more so.

these groups may develop varying economic, political, and social goals.

these informal groups derive the strength of the organization from the strong link between the interests of the members of its components, which often come far from the goals and objectives of the institution, or even contradict it.

through this study, we try to highlight the impact of informal groups in educational institutions, especially as they penetrate into the power structure to achieve personal purposes in the first place, and the manifestations of occupational alienation and professional grumbling of the professor in the secondary phase.

this is due to the exploitation by these informal groups of the influence and authority of the official organization represented by the director of the institution in the service of their interests, as the latter has become run in a personal way far from the impersonal bureaucratic administration.
