the worker may sometimes feel unstable in his workplace or outside as a result of pressures that he suffers from, especially with the unavailability of the needs that he seeks to achieve, which affects his social and professional life, impeding his performance and work.

and the means of escaping from his work environment becomes the sick day, which in turn hinders the interests of the economic institution, given the difference in the quality and degree of pressure according to the type of job or the rank and classification of the worker.
