The changes and social transformations that Algerian society has witnessed in recent years have had a clear impact and reflection on the concerns related to the social life of the university student, as she was liberated from some customs and values and from family control and control by joining the university, which gave her new behaviors and values.

although education is considered the primary way to preserve the various moral and social values, especially the values of integrity, which have become required in various areas of social life, it is no longer just a value, but rather a human phenomenon controlled by human behavior and its laws.

this has integrity as a primary goal and a fundamental value that society, with all its institutions, seeks to inculcate in the hearts and minds of its members.

but what we notice in our lived reality is that there are many social phenomena and behaviors that are not related to integrity, which are spreading among students in general, and female students in particular, including the phenomenon of cheating, illegal relationships, smoking, drinking alcohol, theft, boyfriends ...

etc.

this is the opposite of what is expected or expected of them as they represent the category in which society depends on raising generations.

in light of this reality fraught with pressures and challenges, the student finds herself in front of a value struggle (traditional and modern) that forces her to readjust and modify her values and behaviors.

therefore, we wanted to study the values of integrity and social behavior of the university student in the midst of her pension reality and modern developments.
