The existence of translation is due to the diversity of languages and the diversity of cultures, which is also the main cause of the difficulties and obstacles associated with it because it leads to the emergence of words that seems untranslatable into other languages and causes linguistic and cultural gaps.

the holy Qur'an is a miraculous book with its words and meanings, and it presents a hard challenge to translate it because it contains many words that cannot be translated and for which it is challenging to find an equivalent in other languages.

therefore the article aims to shed light on one of the aspects of translating the holy Qur'an, specifically the translation strategies used to translate into Spanish some of the holy Qur'an's legislative concepts.
