Abstract EN

This study is mainly aimed at trying to determine the extent of the professional integration of workers in their jobs, and this is after their integration into permanent jobs, this process that affected a large segment of the Algerian society, after they were hired before that in the framework of the pre-employment contracts, which are fixed-term renewable contracts included in the framework of the employment policy in Algeria, which works to improve the performance of the human resource and to combat unemployment and other goals, and we used that interview with newly-integrated female employees in permanent positions between the ages of 32 and 38 years at the university Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana to conclude afterwards that integration is a basic step in achieving professional integration within the labor institution, despite the presence of obstacles that may be from the integrated employee or may be from the labor official or other, which leads to their social integration.
