One of the most prominent trends that contemporary governments seek to achieve are those multidimensional policies that concern the largest segment of citizens.

employment policies in Algeria have a major role in overcoming all the turmoil known to the labour market by controlling its requirements and challenges while creating a balance between supply and demand mechanisms, by adapting to the multiplicity and dynamic dimensions associated with these policies and their implications at all levels, in light of a study that takes into account the various forms of balance of interests, competitiveness and integration among all actors for the stages of operational policies from making, implementation and evaluation, according to a general framework that ensures overcoming the challenges of the labour market in Algeria.
