Abstract EN

Through this paper, we have addressed the topic of FDI by addressing related concepts.

With an analysis of the realities of the flow of foreign direct investment into Algeria and analysis of its sectoral distribution, 2002-2018; The study concluded that Algeria's efforts in attracting FDI fell short of its aspirations, Most of the inflows were concentrated mainly in the petroleum industries sector, The study also examined the various obstacles that continue to follow Algeria's investment climate.

The study therefore recommended the need to work more seriously to address these obstacles, To increase foreign investment projects for other sectors in order to support their growth, To enhance the national economy's ability to cope with recurring oil shocks.
