It has become imperative for Arab thinkers to harmonize between contemporary vital concepts in the Arab world and its counterpart in the western world, such as culture and identity, in order to catch up with the civilizational progress and climb the ladder of renaissance in most fields and fields, and build a cultural entity that does not reject the other, and accept it with changes and differences.

hence, the call to reject intellectual and cognitive isolation, and to not completely repudiate the focused origins of cultural identities in their various aspects and types, with proper dealing with the novelty and the intruder on the familiar Arab Islamic custom, from modern terms of secularism or the like.
