Abstract EN

This research is preoccupied with rhetorical strategies in their general aspect, and chooses from them the allusive strategy in its specific dimension, as part of those strategies it intends in its analytical path, with the aim of accentuating the effect of allusion in discourses; and to clarify its role in the process of discourse communication, and to clarify the functional purposes of these discourses that the speaker wants to direct the research relied on a circulating prose material and then ،his speech to the recipient extrapolated from a pragmatic point of view.

to achieve this endeavor, the research starts from the concept of the allusion strategy and its extent on the Arab and western, and then moves on to the justifications for this strategy, and finally stands for a long time about its mechanisms, analyzing the letters of the book’s prose al-Durr according to these mechanisms.

the research indicated that the discourse producers realized the mental abilities, and the common awareness between the two sides to the discourse, which gave a wide space to the orator; by hinting his speech and influencing the recipients.
