The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the quality of job life and professional empowerment among the workers of the traditional industries unit "ceramer" unit remchi.

"the descriptive approach was used and a sample of (200) workers was chosen in an intentional manner.

after collecting data, statistical treatments were performed through the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) by relying on the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson parameter (person) the study concluded the following results: there is a relationship between the quality of job life and the professional empowerment of the sample members, in addition to monitoring a medium level of job quality and professional empowerment, the absence of statistically significant differences in the quality of the job life of the sample members due to the variable years of seniority at work, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of professional empowerment among the sample members due to the gender variable and the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of professional empowerment among the sample members due to the variable years of seniority at work.
