إن الثقافة مقوما من مقومات الأمة الثلاثة إضافة إلى جانب العرق والسياسة.
وبالنسبة للعرب فالثقافة لديهم أخذت الجانب الأكبر والأوسع إذ أنها تعاني من مشاكل خطيرة على المستويين العرقي والسياسي، فالمستوى السياسي يضم دويلات متعددة ذات أنظمة متباينة وعلى المستوى العرقي يضم جماعات مختلفة، وعلى الرغم من هذه المشاكل إلا أن لها نزوعا قويا يهدف إلى الوحدة ويرمي إلى إبراز روح الثقافة العربية الواحدة.
Abstract EN
Culture is one of the three components of a nation in addition to race and politics.
as for the Arabs, their culture has taken on the larger and broader aspect, as it suffers from serious problems at the ethnic and political levels.
the political level includes multiple states with different regimes, and at the ethnic level it includes different groups, and despite these problems, it has a strong tendency aimed at unity and aims to highlight the spirit of the one Arab culture
