Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the young people level of Attitudes towards Practicing voluntary work in the light of a variable : gender and area of residence.

the researcher has developed a questionnaire, which was applied on a simple of 104 young people from the wilaya of Relizane.

the results revealed that there was high level of orientation towards voluntary work, and there were no statistically significant differences in orientation towards voluntary work attributed to gender, while there were significant differences attributed to the area of residence in favor of urban residents.

as for in the following order of the fields of voluntary activity : social, environmental, educational, health, and then religious.
