The efficiency and speed of administrative work requires the introduction of a set of modern procedures and technologies that depend mainly on the digitization of information systems, with the aim of moving from traditional work to advanced technological applications through the adoption of the e-government system, computer networks and the Internet, so that citizens can provide quality and effective services.

The application of this system will contribute to improving the various types of public administration services provided to citizens in all regions of the country, because the provision of services to citizens is not hindered by the distance or time of providing the service or the employee charged with providing it.
