Abstract EN

This study aims to give an integrated concept, and a comprehensive definition of Applying to the branches of Imams and their origins, clarifies its truth, and highlights its importance, with an explanation of its types and sections of each type, so as not to be ambiguous; I explained that Application in the terminology of jurists and fundamentalists is of two ranks: olute and restricted, as the first is synonymous with olute ijtihad, and the second, restricted ijtihad, which was termed ''Application to the branches of Imams and their origins'', then I explained how it effectively contributed to the emergence and development of the science of principles of jurisprudence, the science of jurisprudence and its rules and the causes of disagreement in it.
