Abstract EN

This research paper aims to shed light on the significant amendments and developments introduced by Law No.

22-13, amending and completing the Civil and Administrative Procedure Law No.

08-09.

This is through conducting an analytical and critical study on the newly introduced provisions, notably in the administrative section.

The study concluded that the last amendment to the aforementioned Law came up with new and important provisions related to litigation nearby the administrative judiciary, especially in terms of the establishment of administrative courts of appeal for second-instance litigation in the administrative section.

Adding to some minor issues such as amending section 800 of the same Law, as well as reconsidering the procedures for executing legal instruments including financial convictions against administrative bodies, namely repealing Law No.

91-02.

Finally, reinserting those provisions in section 986 of Law No.

08-09 amended by section 10 of the Law No.

22-13, and other related issues.
