Journalism as a social and media institution is one of the first institutions that paid attention to the innovations brought about by the Internet revolution, considering that newspapers had the lead in integrating new technologies at the beginning of the eighties of the last century within a regenerative experimental vision, so what we call today "electronic journalism" appeared with the emergence of this new given, the birth of distribution media that re-engineered the entire media space, in line with these contexts that we have mentioned, the audience of electronic journalism has become a social actor with the character of ownership and representation For new technologies, in this paper we will try to stand and see the ontological dimension to know the nature of the audience of electronic journalism and the needs of its use as a description and classification.
