Children are the main subject of human rights and they have special care and treatment because of the group's particular lack of experience, immaturity and lack of awareness.

Therefore, national legislation and international instruments have tried to look after and protect this group and also to find ways to ensure that it is nurtured, directed, behavioured and rehabilitated in society.

The study examined the various definitions of this category and identified the main reasons for their deviation in order to be able to address them and find appropriate solutions.
