Abstract AR
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تفعيل الحوكمة على الأداء المالي والاجتماعي لمؤسسات التمويل الأصغر، استخدمت بيانات لعينة تشمل 05 دول من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا للفترة (2015-2020)، وذلك باقتراح بناء مؤشر كلي لمعايير الحوكمة لتقييم أداء المؤسسات العاملة في هذا القطاع.
أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي سالب لمؤشر الحوكمة على الأداء المالي والاجتماعي للمؤسسات المدروسة، ما يفسر أن سعي مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر إلى تحسين نظام الحوكمة أدى بها إلى تدهور وضعية الأداء المالي والاجتماعي لها.
Abstract EN
This study aims to evaluate the effect of activating governance mechanisms on the financial and social performance of microfinance institutions for a sample that includes 05 countries from the middle east and north Africa for the period (2015-2020).
using (panel data), by proposing to build an aggregate index of governance standards ،to evaluate the performance of institutions operating in this sector.
the results of the study indicated that there is a negative and significant impact of the governance indicator on the financial and social performance of the studied institutions, which explains that the efforts of microfinance institutions to improve the governance system led them to deteriorate the status of their financial and social performance.
