هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تطبيق آلية اليقظة الاستراتيجية من خلال أنواعها الثلاث (التجارية، التنافسية، البيئية) على تحسين الأداء المؤسسي لمؤسسة ISGA بعنابة، و بالاعتماد على استبانة وزعت على عينة مكونة من 31 إطارا، توصلت الدراسة عبر برنامج Spss25 إلى أن اليقظة التجارية هي الأكثر تفسيرا للأداء المؤسسي بنسبة 54.80%، ما يعكس اهتمام المؤسسة بدراسة احتياجات العملاء و سبل إرضائهم لتحسين مردوديتها و بالتالي رفع أدائها بشكل عام، و توصي الدراسة بضرورة منح اليقظة الاستراتيجية اهتماما أكبر، بل و اعتمادها كجزء من ثقافة المؤسسة.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine the effect of applying the strategic vigilance mechanism through its three types (commercial, competitive, and echological) on improving the institutional performance of ISGA in Annaba.
based on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of the 31 managers, the study concluded through Spss 25 program, that commercial vigilance is the most explanatory type of institutional performance with a rate of 54.

this is due to the importance that the institution attaches to focusing more on analyzing and studying customers needs and ways to achieve their satisfaction in order to improve its profitability, which raise its level of performance in general.
the study recommends that strategic vigilance should be given more importance, and even adoption as part of the enterprise culture.
