In order to avoid this problem, Algerian legislators should establish the terms and conditions governing this type of trial.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the provisions of Algerian legislation on the system of remote trial, while the conclusion is that the use of remote trial helps to bring some kind of development in the justice sector, provided that fair trial guarantees are taken into account.
