This research aims to highlight the Expedited or Fast Track Arbitration as a modern way for settling commercial disputes between the parties, the international arbitration institutions and the UNCTRAL offer a specific rules for fast track arbitration.

This mechanism characterized by accelerating the settlement of the dispute through limitation of the proceedings and reducing the costs of arbitration, taking into account the general principales of ordinary arbitration.

Therefore, not all cases can be settled by fast track arbitration, but there are standards that must be consider so that the expedited rules can be applied.
