This study has dealt with the issue of a legal vision for digital transformation in Algeria, as the latter has become a necessity in light of the policy adopted towards the transition to the digital economy, which is a feature of the times, and a general problem has been raised that highlights the adequacy of the legislative environment that frames digital transformation in Algeria.

? To what extent has the Covid crisis affected the development of the digital environment, legislatively and practically, as the topic was divided into two axes, by addressing the reference source for digital transformation in Algeria, as well as the reality of the digital legal environment in Algeria.
