Despite Iraq's ratification of international and local conventions in the field of human trafficking, however, its forms varied between (forced labor / sexual exploitation of women and children / trafficking in human organs)for reasons that may be (economic / social / political : high rates of poverty / information and communications revolution / migration from rural areas to cities / family disintegration / lack of seriousness of governments in combating human trafficking and lack of legal legislation, etc.), and the resulting effects (economic / social / political : depriving the state of human forces / distorting the entry structure / feeling the elements of domination and unity / damaging public health / corruption of government authority / violation of human rights, etc.

the study reached several results, including : (rebuilding the organizational structures of the security and military institutions / activating the role of civil society institutions, academic and religious institutions and non-governmental organizations / caring for children and women, etc.).
