تهدف دراستنا إلى التأكيد أن رقمنه القطاعات الاقتصادية و منها قطاع التأمين، من خلال أئتمة الخدمات التأمينية، التي أصبحت من الاتجاهات الحديثة في الإدارة ضرورة لابد منها، في ظل سعي الجزائر للانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي، و تعزيزا لمشروع الجزائر الإلكترونية، و ذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء من جهة على ضرورة التحول لخدمات التأمين الإلكترونية كحتمية عملية، من خلال دراسة الواقع الرقمي لشركات التأمين الجزائرية و جهود الدولة في رقمنة خدمات التأمين، التي تسمح بتقديمها في وقت أقل و بأقل تكلفة ممكنة، إلى جانب خلق الثقة و تفعيل دورها في استراتيجيات شركات التأمين الجزائرية لترقية و عصرنة خدماتها لولوج الاقتصاد الرقمي التأميني، و من جهة أخرى دراسة النصوص القانونية المنظمة للتأمين و مدى ملائمتها مع تطور خدمات التأمين الإلكترونية.
Abstract EN
Our study aims to confirm that the digitization of the economic sectors, including the insurance sector, through the automation of insurance services, which has become one of the modern trends in management a necessity, in light of Algeria's endeavor to move to a digital economy, and to strengthen the electronic Algeria project, by shedding light on the one hand, highlighting the necessity of transforming electronic insurance services as a practical imperative, by studying the digital reality of Algerian insurance companies and the state’s efforts to digitize insurance services, which allow them to be provided in less time and at the lowest possible cost, in addition to creating confidence and activating their role in the strategies of Algerian insurance companies to promote modernizing its services to enter the insurance digital economy, and on the other hand, studying the legal texts regulating insurance and their relevance with the development of electronic insurance services.

Notre étude vise à confirmer que la numérisation des secteurs économiques, y compris le secteur de l'assurance, à travers l'automatisation des services d'assurance, devenue l'une des tendances modernes de la gestion, une nécessité, à la lumière des efforts de l'Algérie pour passer à une économie numérique, et renforcer le projet électronique de l'Algérie, en mettant en évidence la nécessité de transformer les services d'assurance électronique, comme un impératif pratique, en étudiant la réalité numérique des compagnies d'assurance algériennes, et les efforts de l'Etat pour numériser les services d'assurance, qui leur permettent d’être fournis en moins de temps et au moindre coût possible, en plus de créer la confiance et d'activer leur rôle dans les stratégies des compagnies d'assurance algériennes, pour promouvoir la modernisation de ses services et entrer dans l'économie numérique de l'assurance d'une part, et d'autre part, étudier les textes juridiques réglementant l'assurance et leur pertinence avec le développement des services d'assurance électroniques.
