أصبح استخدام الإنترنت عاملا محفزا في جميع مجالات العمل في السنوات الأخيرة، و لم يعد أمام أي دولة تريد أن تواكب العصر و لا تتخلف عنه سوى الاتجاه نحو المجتمع الإلكتروني و التكنولوجيا الرقمية، و الدولة التي تفكر في تجاهل ذلك تشبه تلك التي تفكر في رفض الطيران كوسيلة للمواصلات، و قد كان للقطاع الخاص فضل السبق في إتباع نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية فكل شركة تجارية تريد النجاح و إن صغر حجمها اتخذت موقعا لها على شبكة الإنترنت تنجز عن طريقه أغلب معاملاتها فازدهر نشاطها ؛ و هو ما دفع الحكومات إلى تبني هذا الأسلوب الجديد في الإدارة للاستفادة مما يحققه من مزايا.

The use of the internet has become a motivating factor in all areas of work in recent years, and no country that wants to keep pace with the times and is left behind only has the trend towards electronic society and digital technology, and the country that thinks of ignoring this is similar to the one that thinks of rejecting flying as a means of transportation.
the private sector preferred to follow the electronic management system.
every commercial company wants to succeed, even if it is small in size.
it has taken a website for it on the internet through which most of its transactions are completed, and its activity has flourished ; this is what prompted governments to adopt this new method of management to take advantage of the advantages it achieves.

L'utilisation d'internet est devenue ces dernières années un facteur de motivation dans tous les domaines du travail, et aucun pays qui veut suivre le rythme de son temps et rester à la traîne n'a que la tendance à la société électronique et à la technologie numérique, et le pays qui pense ignorer cela est semblable à celui qui pense à rejeter l'avion comme moyen de transport.
le secteur privé a préféré suivre le système de gestion électronique.
chaque entreprise commerciale veut réussir, même si elle est de petite taille.
elle s'est dotée d'un site internet sur internet par lequel s'effectuent la plupart de ses transactions, et son activité s'est épanouie ; c'est ce qui a poussé les gouvernements à adopter ce nouveau mode de gestion pour profiter des
