تتلخص الدراسة، بالبحث في مختلف الإشكالات التي تعتري الاعتماد المستندي من الناحية العملية، بحيث لامست الدراسة حتمية التعامل بهذا الأخير باعتباره ضرورة حتمية أفرزها الواقع العملي، و كذا الوقوف عند مقتضيات تكريسه في النظام القانوني الجزائري، و مدى اعتباره الوسيلة الوحيدة للدفع.
Abstract EN
This study examines the various problems facing documentary credit in practice.
indeed, this paper revolves around the necessity of dealing with the latter as an inevitable necessity that has been produced by the practical reality.
moreover, it looks at the requirements of its consecration in the Algerian legal system, and the extent to which it is considered the only means of payment.

La présente étude a pour objet de mettre l’accent sur les différents problèmes, auxquels sont confrontés au crédit documentaire.
en effet, cette étude s'articule autour de la nécessité de traiter ce dernier comme une nécessité inévitable qui a été produite par la réalité pratique.
par ailleurs, elle se penche sur les exigences de sa consécration dans le système juridique Algérien, et dans quelle mesure il est considéré comme le seul moyen de paiement.
