A travers cet article, nous allons mettre en évidence une zone peu étudiée dans les travaux de Naguib Mahfouz, il s'agit de ses contributions dans le cinéma.

En effet, ce prix Nobel de la littérature est connu en tant que romancier et nouvelliste.

Mais, nous découvrirons ensemble l'un de ses scénarios étaient d'une grande qualité voire d'une qualité surprenante.

Il s'agit du film, «La ruelle des fous» (darb el mahabil ).
